Menashe Tour- PSU Real Estate Alumni Event

Join PSU Center for Real Estate Alumni for a tour of Menashe Properties’ 12th and Morrison mixed-use office building in the booming West End of downtown Portland.  The signature six-story, 60,000 square foot building features an innovative, modern design and is fully occupied by Turner Construction, CENTRL creative workspace, and Blue Star Donuts.

The tour will be led by Barry and Jordan Menashe of Menashe Properties, Eddie La Berge of Turner Construction, and Spencer Weills of CENTRL Office, followed by a happy hour networking reception.  Hear how Menashe designed a flexible space to respond to an evolving West End office market, what led the project’s general contractor to relocate their headquarters to 12th and Morrison, and how the space inspires creative productive workspace.  Reconnect with PSU real estate alumni and kick-off our Committee recruitment season while experiencing the 12th and Morrison’s unparalleled modern office environment.
