The Portland State University Alumni Association (PSUAA), in partnership with departments across PSU, present a monthly panel series designed to provide insight on some of Portland’s most topical issues and successful industries: Food Deserts, Athletic & Outdoor, Self-Driving Cars, & Design Thinking.
For the second event, PSU's Center for Retail Leadership and the PSUAA present an insightful panel on the changing retail landscape of the A&O industry.
Today's consumers shop across multiple channels and devices. They may find an item in a local retailer but purchase online to get the right size, color and/or a better price. They may also research products online but purchase in store. These and other scenarios are creating a dynamic retail environment - challenging retailers and brands to innovate as they seek to provide a seamless experience for their consumers across different channels. Come join this discussion with A&O brands as they share some of the tools and strategies they are using to create a connected purchase journey for their consumer.
