Join us for a virtual dinner, featuring PSU Alumnus, Jaime Soltero Jr. '99, owner of Tamale Boy. Jaime will share his story of starting Tamale Boy and why tamales are important to his family’s culture. Enjoy a virtual conversation and a few special activities while enjoying a tamale dinner prepared by Jaime’s team. The dinner will take place over zoom on April 29 from 5:30-7:30pm.
Just choose which tamales you would like and add an optional “perfect” margarita to your meal. 1620 Club President, Dan McDonald and 1620 Club Board member, Kendal McDonald will deliver the tamale dinners to your door before the event and you will just need to heat them for the virtual dinner (instructions included).
Unfortunately, because this requires personal delivery, this is only open to Portland metro area members. If you are just outside of the Portland metro area, we can arrange a place to meet in Portland to deliver your meal. Make sure to enter your delivery address during registration!
Orders must be received by April 21st! Delivery instructions will be sent out closer to the event.
