ABOUT ABOUT

Join us on Saturday, April 22nd at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle for an exclusive and private showing of the new exhibit: Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor!

Experience Terracotta Warriors: Guards For Eternity, a one-of-a-kind exhibition premiering at Pacific Science Center in Seattle for a limited five-month run in spring of 2017 and featuring artifacts from the first imperial dynasty of China. The expansive collective of terracotta statues—including soldiers, civil officials, and entertainers—at the burial complex of China’s First Emperor is awesome in its scope. Pull them apart, however, and each individual statue tells its own piece of the story of the culture, craft and science of one of history’s most monumental endeavors.

The evening will include a private reception with PSU alumni and staff, a lecture in the laser dome, and an exclusive showing of the exhibit for PSU alumni & friends only!

6:00pm: Reception begins
6:30pm: Lecture, Diana Johns, VP of exhibits
7:15pm: Exhibit

Cost: $40 if purchased on or before April 10th, $60 if purchased after April 10th.

Admission includes a delicious spread of appetizers and a no-host bar.

Location: Pacific Science Center, 200 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98109 (follow signs to the Laser Dome)
